Prices
The prices are indicated in Euro. The VAT is always included. The indicated price include only the service strictly mentioned in the reservation. The indicated price does not include the tourist tax and extra services. The prices mentioned on the site may of modification without advance notice and only the price indicated in the confirmation of reservation is contractual.

Terms of payment
The regulation of all the services is made, during the stay, directly with the hotelkeeper.

Force majeure
The force majeure gets of any event outside the parts presenting an at once unpredictable and insuperable character which prevents or the customer, is the Power plant of Reservations Lodging house, is the hotelkeeper to assure all or any of the obligations planned to the contract.
It is there in particular so in case of strike, uprising, riot, prohibitions promulgated by the governmental or public authorities.
It was expressly advisable that the force majeure suspends, for the parts, the execution of their mutual obligations and that every part supports the load of the expenses which ensue from it.
The customers will support in particular only the additional costs which could be engaged to allow the pursuit of the journey, following the emergence of a case of absolute necessity.

Applicable right
Any dispute, any complaint or any dispute concerning the modalities of reservation of a stay or a hotel room are subjected to the French law.

Conditions of cancellation
In case of guarantee by bank card, the deadline of cancellation is free of charge 2 days .
- before the date of arrival (48 hours).
- In case of cancellation within 2 days, 1 night will be charged.
- In case of guarantee by deposit, whatever is the deadline of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.
- In case of non-presentation of the customer in the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be taken.
