Dining room

The decoration of the dining room is just like the cooking proposed by the hotel, above all authentic.

The decoration was not accidentally chosen by chance: visible stones, former fireplace and wooden furniture.

The room has real character with its magnificent oak barrels on all the width of the room.

The details of this room were carefully worked and decorated with diverse objects as time goes by.

A place of rest and authenticity which you will know how to estimate by savoring our good small dishes.

The situation of both Auberges is exceptional.

To take advantage of a panoramic view, discover the terrace of the Auberge du Vigneron which overhangs the castle of Peryrepertuse and the vineyard.

Attached to the dining room, this flowery terrace benefits from a magnificent frame.

Nothing is left to chance, as aromatic herbs decorating the balcony are used for the cooking.

Michelle Fannoy, Chef of the Auberge is a fascinated cook.

After studies to the catering school of Chambéry, she opens her own restaurant within the Auberge du Vigneron.

An adventure which she shares with her husband since  opening the establishment in 1983.

Using quality products and originality, she rethinks  regional dishes by adding her personal touch.

A creativity which was rewarded in September, 2009, by receiving master-restaurant owner's title.

Discover the garden of the kitchen

The Auberge du Vigneron and the Hôstellerie du Vieux Moulin have their own kitchen gardens.

Fresh vegetables are picked regularly by Michelle Fannoy for her cooking, used to decorate dishes; she arranges numerous aromatic herbs such as basil, sage, thyme or rosemary.
