After studies to the catering school of Chambéry, she opens her own restaurant within the Auberge du Vigneron.
An adventure which she shares with her husband since opening the establishment in 1983.
Using quality products and originality, she rethinks regional dishes by adding her personal touch.
A creativity which was rewarded in September, 2009, by receiving master-restaurant owner's title. |
